Sonesta Launches Upscale Select Brand

NEWTON, MA —Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has launched Sonesta Select, an upscale, focused-service brand, with its first nine hotels opening this month and more than 60 properties expected to make their debut in early 2021.

Sonesta has added new Select properties in its existing markets of Atlanta; Boston, Chicago; Fort Worth, TX; and Washington, while also expanding its footprint to include Raleigh–Durham, NC; Chattanooga, TN; and Spartanburg, SC. Located close to area airports, business hubs, urban cores and suburban neighborhoods, Sonesta Select hotels will cater to markets throughout the U.S with strong business and leisure demand.

The new brand joins Sonesta’s four other brands in the U.S.: Royal Sonesta, distinctive full-service hotels; Sonesta Hotels & Resorts, full-service destinations; Sonesta ES Suites, premier extended-stay accommodations; and the recently introduced Sonesta Simply Suites, a curated extended-stay offering, introduced with its 60-hotel launch earlier this month.
