Southern California hotels Lexen Hotel North Hollywood and Hotel Lexen Newhall in Santa Clarita have partnered with HotelKey to drive property performance and reduce costs through the technology company’s fully integrated cloud-based property management system (PMS).
“HotelKey has proven to be an invaluable and irreplaceable partner in helping our hotels gain insight into our business performance, create efficiencies and reduce costs,” said Dhaval Desai, owner of the Lexen hotels. “Our distinctive properties are in highly competitive markets, which together with the rising cost of labor and pressures imposed by the pandemic operating environment, have made it essential to gain every operating advantage. HotelKey’s solution provides an easy to use, intuitive UI, secure system-wide integration, and greater access to data which helps us better understand, and manage, our businesses.”
Aditya Thyagarajan, president/cofounder, HotelKey, said, “We’re honored that Lexen has chosen HotelKey to manage their properties and are delighted with the results we have produced together. Our solution is easy to use and provides our client hotels with flexibility, efficiencies and an unmatched level of insight into costs and property performance. We are grateful to able to report these benefits and results back to the property’s owners and the industry as we continue to grow the HotelKey user base around the world”
The two boutique Lexen hotels, with about 90 rooms collectively, have implemented the HotelKey Property Management System (PMS), HotelKey Channel Reservation System (CRS), HK Booking Engine, HK Revenue Management System (RMS) and Integrated Payment Processing to increase distribution while providing an easy to use, touchscreen based, front desk system to its staff and management team. The HotelKey Manager App and Dashboards on their smartphones provide owners access to property data while they are on the move.
